Mega Man for the #GameBoy | Title Screen Music

Mega Man games have always been known for their killer soundtracks. The chiptune songs on the Game Boy version are no exception! These tunes rock and help you get in the robot smashing mood like nothing else!

Airwolf for the #NES | Title Screen Music

Airwolf for the Nintendo Entertainment System is a flying game based loosely on a show of the same name. It doesn’t featured much music in it’s soundtrack, but the title screen has a particularly cool chiptune song that deserves to be remembered and listened to again!

Thunder Force 3 for the #Sega Genesis | Venus Fire Music

Thunder Force 3 for the Sega Genesis (Mega Drive) is a side scrolling shoot ’em up (shmup) that has excellent visual as well as a beautifully composed chiptune soundtrack.

  1. My very favorite 8-bit soundtracks of all time, are probably Mega Man 2 and the Castlevania series.

Favorite 16-bit soundtracks, Actraiser, Final Fantasy IV, and Final Fantasy VI.

Favorite Arcade, Street Fighter II and Killer Instinct 2.
