[News] Double Dragon IV Announced by Arc System Works for PS4 & Steam

Arc System Works has announced Double Dragon IV for both PS4 and Steam to be released on January 30th, 2017. My thoughts in video form.

My video is also available on Daily Motion here.

Original Double Dragon IV launch trailer here.

Name your price to download the Double Dragon Neon OST by Jake Kaufman here.

Let me know what you think of this announcement in the comments. I’d really like your constructive criticism if you have some to offer.

About The Requiem

The Requiem is an old-school gamer and a new-school potty mouth. While he may fancy himself some kind of an electric ninja-superhero... thing, he's really just a normal dude with a weird sense of humor and a hard-on for anything SEGA, Metroid or Mortal Kombat. You can follow The Requiem on Twitter @UnboundRequiem, where he regularly posts about all kinds of gaming nonsense, including retro games, his SEGA Nerds contributions, and other stuff.

  1. It look alright, but kinda rushed.
I mean this is arc system works…people behind the best looking pixel art I’ve seen from their fighting games like blazblue and Guilty Gear, and yet they chose this style for it.

I was hoping for a style that fits more towards the art style they’re known for, but im still excited. Just wished they released a physical copy instead of downloadable.

also, wasn’t “Super double dragon” part 4 of the series?
…..because part 5 was also released, although it was a fighter based on the cartoon rather than the video game lore
