About John Riggs

John Riggs enjoys hacking (or "Rigging") NES games to include his family and friends which you can see on his YouTube channel Riggstalgic which has even been featured on ABC's 'Right This Minute'. He has a video game collection of near 5,000 games, often makes cameos on the Metal Jesus Rocks channel and has an almost unhealthy obsession with breakfast cereal. 1. After spending time with the arcade version of Gun.Smoke on the Capcom Arcade Cabinet on Xbox 360, I have to admit that I like the NES version better. Sure, the controls are strange in that pushing both A & B together to shoot forward feels weird, but the music is catchier coming from the NES and I find the balance of the game to be a bit better in the home version.

Cowboy Kid is 100% incredible, though.

  2. All I know about Gun Smoke is a few ads in old comic books, so this was pretty cool. Good job!
